How do you measure ROI?
Before we build, we record how the workflow performs today: time, errors and volume. After go-live we measure the same things and report the change. We don't promise numbers before we've seen your data.
What if our team doesn't use it?
We treat low usage as a problem to fix. We build with the people who will use the tool, train them, and track usage during the sprint and on the retainer.
Do you build everything?
No. If an off-the-shelf tool does the job, we say so and help you choose it.
Will you use our client data to train AI models?
No. Client data stays in your approved environment and the data flow is documented.
Do we need to replace our current systems?
No. We connect to what you already use. We confirm what each platform allows during the audit.
Who is responsible if the AI gets something wrong?
Your people stay in the loop. We build review and sign-off steps into every workflow and document them. The AI prepares. A person decides.
Are you a law firm? Do we get legal advice?
No. We prepare compliance documents and evidence. Your lawyers and compliance team review what applies to your licence.
What does the free audit involve?
A 20-minute call, then a short written summary. We name your top three workflows, say which are worth doing, and give a rough price range.
How long until something is running?
A sprint takes 90 days. Some firms see a first working version in the first two months.
Why is delivery from India?
It keeps our prices below large consultancy rates. You deal with a named lead on Australian hours, and we explain how we handle data access on the Security page.
What if the sprint doesn't work?
If we don't have a working system in production by day 90, you don't pay for the sprint. The exact terms are in your agreement.
Do you work with firms outside Australia?
Australia first. Get in touch if you're elsewhere.
What happens when we finish?
You get documentation, training and a named owner on your side. You can run it yourselves or keep us on a retainer.
