20 minutes on a call, then a short written summary. We name your top three workflows for AI, say which are worth doing and which aren't, and give a rough size of the job. You keep the summary either way.
The Sprint
- Weeks 1 to 2 · Pick and scopeWe map the workflow, record today's numbers as a baseline, set a target, agree what “working” means, and agree how we will measure it.
- Weeks 3 to 8 · Build and testWe build on your real data in your approved environment. Your staff test it every week. We measure accuracy against your own past work.
- Weeks 9 to 12 · Document and planWe write the compliance documents, train the first users, report results against the baseline, and hand you a costed plan for full production.
You get: a working system on your own data, the compliance document set, a before-and-after results report, tested accuracy figures, and a production plan with a fixed price.
Implementation
We connect the system to your live platforms, complete a security review, train your whole team, and support go-live. We stay until your team is comfortable running it. The price depends on how many systems we connect and how many workflows go live.
Managed retainer
Models change. Rules change. Your workflows change. We track usage and results, monitor accuracy, fix problems, add new workflows and keep your governance documents current. Month to month after the first three months.
If we don't have a working system in production by day 90, you don't pay for the sprint.
What “working in production” means is written into your agreement before we start: the workflow, the data, the users and the accuracy target.
What we need from you
