- We work inside your approved environment wherever possible.
- We tell you which AI tools and models we use before we start.
- Everyone on your project signs a confidentiality agreement.
- Access is limited to named people and removed when the project ends.
- Every workflow keeps a record of what went in and what came out.
Where data is stored
We agree this with you in writing before the sprint starts. If your data must stay in Australia, we design for that.
Working from India
Our delivery team is in Hyderabad. We say that up front. We explain how we handle access to Australian client data, including what stays onshore.
Your questions
Do you use our data to train models?
No.
Can we see logs?
Yes.
What if we want to stop?
Your data is returned or deleted, and we confirm in writing.
